How to Measure
For the best fit, take your measurements directly against your body without pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of your natural waist, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
- Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
Please check the size chart below for the recommended size based on your measurements. We recommend comparing your bust, waist, and hip measurements with the chart before selecting your size.
Please Note: Shapewear is designed to provide a close, supportive fit. Sizing may vary slightly depending on the style and level of compression. If you are between sizes, please refer to the size chart below for guidance.
